1 inch cube of fresh ginger, peeled

tarragon leaves basil oregano
thyme parsley dill weed
cilantro
Seeds (mix with above - 2 tablespoon of each):
flaxseed (ground up in coffee grinder)
sesame seeds
sunflower seeds - raw unsalted
pumpkin seeds - raw unsalted
chia seeds
Greens (wash, cut-up & dry in towel by spinning it):
1 handful of fresh watercress
3-4 stems and leaves of fresh kale
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 sprig each from the Green Goddess Organics

25 red grapes
1/4 cucumber
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold Pressed
